- Corrected an error seen when extracting Teletext captions
- Improved error message when access is denied to the source URL
- Corrected an issue where the wrong fourcc ‘mpga’ would be added for audio
Transform Engine Changes

- Added property to CiemConverter (CaptionDataStartFrame) to delay caption insertion by a number of frames
- Corrected an error when creating CMAF packages with TTML subtitles from SRT inputs
- Added the ability to to create CMAF with fragmented MP4 TTML subs from a TTML input
